I ordered a free sample of Extreme acaiberry on 10/8/08, I only had to pay 3.95 for shipping and handling. This was posted on my account on 10/10/08 and recorded as 14SLIMTABS, 877-615-4233, UTUS... On 10/25/08, I had a charge on my online bank statement for 14SLIMTABS, 877-6154233 UTUS for $89.31. Not sure what it was for, I called the number on the statement.
After being on hold for at least 5 minutes if not more, I was told by the woman I was talking to that I had not read the terms on the web page that I had ordered from. She was very rude to me in telling me that I could do nothing about the charge and I would be receiving the month supply and could not return it. They hadn't even sent it, but they had already charged me, yet they wouldn't cancel the shipment.
I canceled the account with the woman and demanded to speak to a supervisor the woman told me that although I could speak to someone else, she would tell me the same thing. I still demanded to speak to a supervisor after waiting quite a while, a woman got on the line her name was Erica she did tell me the same thing but she checked and said that the shipment had not been shipped out yet so there fore she would stop the shipment and refund me half of the amount charged, and asked if that would be OK I replied no if you can refund half of it then you can refund all of it and she did agree and told me I could expect it in 10 to 14 days.
That was on Oct 27 it is now Nov 12 and still no credit to my account, so I called back and was told that the credit had been issued but there was a hold on it and she would sent it to the corporate office, and that they would release it right away and I should see it in my account after 3 to 5 days. She apologized and hung up.
I guess if you don't call they never will give you the credit.
