WFNNB uses unfair and almost impossible tactics to pay their bill. They charge a $15.00 over the phone payment processing fee and a $35.00 fee if your payment is not received on or before the due date. My Mom doesn't want to send a check that isn't good. So My mother waits to pay. But if she does and the payment doesn't get there on the due date, they charge $35.00 late fee. If she has the money to pay and it's too late to send, she gets a $15.00 processing fee. There is no lea way. I don't know if if this is not legal, but I think it is a form of elder abuse. My Mom is 87 and if I wasn't here to help, I don't know what they would be doing! Please let me know if this is legal or not. Thank you
