Send 2 weeks early and still be late!

I send my payments from 14 to 10 days early and still get a statement the following month that I have a late charge added on. Go figure that.

When I call them, they always say that I can pay the late charge on this months bill and my account will be up to date. It never is even when I send the late payment, it is also late!!!
