I want to warn everyone this is company that you don't want to deal with. They charge you money without any reason. They told me they gave me software support, but the representation knows very little about the product.instead they asked me to pay for contract or waranty first. They charged me 89.99 for things they never done anything with. Don't call their number 877-686-9789 or 877-626-4710. It's a scam.
