I called AT&T to order u-verse internet service. At the conclusion of my order, I was told that AT&T no longer had tech support and that when my equipment arrived I had to call My Tech Help at 877-686-9789 to help me install my internet equipment. Last but not least, I was told to provide my credit card information and that I would be charged every month a charge of $9.99 to have tech support help me should anything go wrong.
