I too was misrepresented by this company. I thought I was calling apple which they led me to believe, My wifi is greyed out and they told me that I need software warranty in order for them to fix it! Their number is 18775067341. I agreed to pay 79.99 for a 3 month warranty after the card was ran he gave me an order confirmation number and gave me technical support number 8776869789 in case "WE GET DISCONNECTED" he then said he would transfer me. All of a sudden the phone just hung up. I called the tech number and can not get through at all! Called the original number back several times and can not get a hold of anyone!!! Total Scam!
