I received the same letter, Express Notice, from the Financial Acquisition Agency that others seem to also have received. The letter told me that I had won $2,536, 092.23 and needed to send $20 transfer fee so the could "rush my cash prize account to me by bonded federal carrier." Isn't this a federal crime?
