I received a letter today that stated my cash reward of over $2,536, 092.23 was identified and pending payment. My transfer fee of $20.00 payable to "FAA" was needed along with the "EXPRESS NOTICE TRACKING FORM" to receive "my cash prize account" "by bonded federal carrier"
