I purchased MS Office 2010. It wouldn't download. Called their support line and no one answered. Then got ahold of online support who didn't seem like they knew what was going on and barely tried before just signing off. Now I can't even get onto the website, so maybe it's been shut down. Should have known better. Thought I'd save $30 and ended up having to buy the software at Best Buy.
