I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and paid through PayPal. The shoes never arrived and the company does not answer emails. I applied for a refund from PayPal and they said the items had shipped and refused my refund. I got the same stupid sponge, but never made the connection until I read the other reports. This is completely dishonest company. How can this company stay in business? How can PayPal continue to deal with them?
