I am a Realtor in Knoxville, TN who had the home listed at (Personal Information Removed) For Sale. We closed on this house on 10/22. The day before closing a woman called by after seeing an ad online for this same property advertised for RENT so she drove by it and saw my FOR SALE sign in the yard... Then called me. I informed her is was SOLD and closing the next day and the ad she saw is a scam by someone trying to get innocent people to send in a security or deposit money to them. I have contacted Rentbits and the Internet Scam website about this but was told I also need to contact you. The site sent to me is as follows:

Please remove from your sight and go after this person. I had someone else contact me about this same house thinking it is for rent.
