I purchased 2 vouchers from travelsmoove via a special that was done in South Africa for accomodation with half board plus a Dunes Safari Dinner, in Dubai. This was a serious mistake on my part. I had issues with both the vouchers and a total non-response from the company. I did not get the Dunes Safari dinner on the one voucher and due to non-availability at the hotel but a suggested alternate from travelsmoove, I did not get the half board on the other. So in short, travelsmoove, will not assist or reply to any issues that you may have or try to assist in any way. Also Travelsmoove did provide an alternate to the Dunes Safari, the day or two before I was meant to fly to Dubai with a hop-on hop-off tour but then again there were issues and a voucher was sent when I was on my way to Dubai and I did not have access to e-mail and I specified all of this BUT does Travelsmoove listen or read... I guess not
