Wind river petroleum / top stop / hogi yogi, has recently had employees working off of fraudulant social security numbers in order to fraud the internal revenue service and the federal government. The employees know about the fraud that was perpetrated by the manager of the nephi store as does the vice president and owner. This crime was reported to the corporate office and was swept under the carpet in an attempt to avoid being fined and also to avoid any further investigation.
The company also has a policy to find reason to fire any employee who may be injured from a work related injury. The company uses threats of termination and loss of wages unless the injured employee signs a medical release and also a release of liability for the company. The employee this has most recently happened to is currently looking for legal representation. The company also files false sales reports as to lessen their tax burden.
