Here are the facts:
*Signed the solar contract and gave our down payment in 10/11, I was told by APS we had to have the solar installed by 04/23
*Called and sent emails asking about status update starting on 12/11
*On 01/12 I emailed and called asking if they obtained the permits, Salt River Solar and Wind stated they havent started the process yet. Salt River Solar and Wind ensured me they had a lot of time for me not to worry.
* March 22nd I was contacted by the Salt River Solar and Wind stating they needed me to contact the HOA and deal with them about the solar approval. Salt River Solar and Wind still ensured me our solar would be installed on time.
*04/04, I sent the approval from the HOA to Salt River Solar and Wind. I asked them if they were going to have my solar installed by the deadline 04/23. Salt River Solar and Wind stated they shall / must have it done by that time.
Keep in mind pretty much every day leading up to 04/23 I was either calling them or emailing them reminding my solar need to be done.
04/17,6 days before the rebate expires. Salt River Solar and Wind sent me an email with a form to fill a solar rebate extension.
04/23 the company came out to install the braces on the roof, but not one in the office knows when they will finish my solar project. I dont even have a project finish date. I got off the APS equalizer plan back in December because I was ensure by the company in writing that my solar would be installed in 180 days. On 04/22 it was recorded heat in Phoenix, and now Im going to have a high electric bill because of my lack of solar.
Why didnt I read the company reviews prior to giving the down payment? This is the worst customer service I have ever had with a company. They will not honor their word and everyone blames each other for when my solar isnt installed. I so glad I told my neighbors and family to hold off on getting solar with this company until my solar gets installed.
We all need 3 on our side to investigate this company.
