I recieved a letter from morgan phelps and stern with the disbursment advisory a couple of days ago stating that i needed to send them $25.00 for them to release the $2,997, 500.00 that i have won. So i looked them up on the internet to see if the company really excists and thats when i saw all of the complaints against them stating that it's a scam.
