I was trying to keep my house or short sell it, so I looked on the internet and saw Adama properties. I read that they will help you either way. I gave Mike Schiff a call the next morning and he told me that he would help me and the cost would be $400.00, so I sent him $150.00 and we kept in touch. Mike shiff told me that I really needed to pay the remaining $250.00 so we could get things rolling so I borrowed$250.00, got a money order and sent it to the 1501 N. Magnolia Ave, Chicago, IL 60622. After a week I tried calling Mike Schiff and I got no answer, thats when I realized this guy ripped me off. I wonder how he sleeps at night.
