I just received the same letter others are writing about.
I'm very aware of scams like this, but there are many who are not.
The general public needs to know about this and so many others.
If you are asked to send money to receive something for "free", no contact info on the documents, if you never heard of the names or company listed... Definitely a scam, big red flags should go up in your head.
Case in point: who or what is Morgan, Phelps, & Stern anyway?!?
I always try to look up the name listed on google and/or the Better Business Bureau before taking any actions.
