My wife and I have been struggling financially due to my disability. We pretty much live paycheck to paycheck. My wife checks our accounts every couple days to be safe and she noticed this bogus charge from PMC. I called them to complain and ask where and how they got my info and the authority to charge our account. They refused to give me any info other than they claimed I made a payment over the phone with a check. I told them that I know that is BS because I know for a fact my wife and I have never made a check payment over the phone. After going back and forth some they finally told me to go on their site and submit a form to be refunded. When I looked at the form it said they don't guarantee refund and by submitting the form I wave all future rights to attempt a refund through courts or my bank with a chargeback. They got me once but there was no way I was taking a chance to be scammed again. I went to my bank right away and told them. The processed the chargeback for full amount and started a report and investigation. They also refunded the overdraft charge that occurred from the scam as well. If you have been scammed by them I suggest you go the same route I did and try the chargeback. Obviously the PMC company is dirty and I wouldn't take a chance trying them for a refund. The word is out on their scam so your financial institution shouldn't have any qualms about fixing any issues they have caused. Good luck.
