My wife and I had buyers remorse after buying this travel membership. We went through the documents and found that we had three days to cancel the membership. (They also pointed this out and had us initial the paragraph when we were signing the papers.) We cancelled the very next day. My wife went in the next day and signed a cancellation letter and received a check request form.
According to the contract and the check request form, the refund would be processed in ten days. The request was made on 10/28/08 and today is 11/12/08.
My wife called yesterday to find out the status of our refund and she got the run around - unreturned calls, hung -up on, disconnected in the middle of a call, etc.
