Pharmacy Charged $98.08 for $12 Prescription and Refused Refund

They charged my debit card 98.08 when I went to the pharmacy and they won't accept responsibility I only had a 12.00 prescription I would like a refund of my 98.08 I tried to resolve with the company but no one is willing to help me
