I ordered Phentermine Perscription Diet pills online with this company and paid the additional overnight shipping fees. It took this company 9 Days to ship my order; then another 3 days to receive it. Then when I did actually receive my order I was given a "replacement" herbal supplement that the company felt was a suitable replacement for the perscription drug I actually ordered. They lied and said that my doctor did not approve the perscription. They said that they called him 10 times with no answer, they said they left messages for him at his office with no return phone calls. I checked and my doctors office said that they never received any messages or calls from this company. I asked them if I could please send it back for a refund and they said no, that I was 3 days past the deadline. I have never opened the product that they sent me. The company charged me $ 172.91 for a 6o Day supply of some product I never ordered. They had all my contact information, they could have called me before sending the product and at least asked me if I was willing to accept this other product for a replacement or better yet I could have helped them get a hold of my doctor for the correct approval. At this point in time this company is refusing to give me a refund. I will update with the good or bad outcome.
