I was charged on my cell phone bill in the month of September and October $9.99 for a social media I did not order or authorize
From this company. When I called my cell phone company they put a block on my phone and gave me an 888 number to call to get a refund from the company. When I called the number it doesn't accept calls and hangs up. I called back T-Mobile and they gave me the website social media.com to contact to get my refund. I have not only not been able to find the company but I did find several class actions against this company. I'm glad I was able to catch this early because this doesn't seem like it will be resolved in a hurry.
