Mobile Media Solutions
Consumer Report

I was checking up on my recent T-Mobile phone bill when I saw a couple of unknown charges for this month, then noticed it had happened the month before too. I called T-Mobile to see if they could explain the reason for those charges. The rep said it was a "third party charge" and gave me the Mobile Interactive company's phone number, 1 (800) 416-6129. I called them and they gave another company's number. That company turned out to be the Mobile Media Solution; which already had a history of scamming people over their phone bills. They claimed that I had agreed to pay for their "services" which I have never done. When I confronted them saying I never logged onto their website, where they said I entered my phone number and agreed to be charged, the rep responded by saying "Somebody must've used your number." and then replied also by saying that he will block the charges from now on. I asked him "How can you be satisfied working for this type of company and accept your paycheck weekly knowing that you have cheated and scammed innocent people like me", he replied by saying "That is none of your concern." After that, I called T-Mobile once again and restated what had happened. The rep, after hearing everything, gave me the code to block the charges all together. It was to text the word "stop" to "88922". My question is, why couldn't T-Mobile block this and other scams after noticing so many complaints from other customers? Is there a kind of benefit or relation between the T-Mobile and these "third parties"? Why do they still allow this to happen to their own customers? All it does is lower their reputation and may even drive customers away. What if most customers don't check their statements before paying their bills, like how i did the month before. And when they finally realize they are being scammed, there's nothing that they could do to reverse the charges.in my case, T-Mobile decided to give me the credit for the next billing cycle. If you have been wrongfully charged by Mobile Media Solution, you can call the phone number 1 (877) 707-1775 and try to get a refund. They are located in Phoenix, Arizona. Goodluck.
