Surfing the internet looking for schools online. When i put my cell phone information in for the schools to call me, mobile media solutions immediately sent me 3 charges for 9.99 for services i did not order. One was foramazing facts services, and another was Recipe Alert, and another was Lottery Result. I dont play the lottery, i dont use on line recipes, and i dont need to waste money for these people to send me amazing ridiculous facts.
I am being ripped off and i am ready to take legal steps. My cell phone company, Alltell, says they cannot put a block on these people to keep them from doing this again. I dont understand that at all. So now, being low income because of the economy, my bill is jacked up 30.00 that i dont have. I want my money back or my account credited. Can anyone help me?
