In 2009 I signed up for a janitorial franchise for $2,300 for a Anago franchise from TIM Conn out of wood dale Il. I performed janitorial services and carpet jobs for approx 7 months I busted my ass making this company $15,000 of which they took a third. I started noticing how this company weren't living up to their contract by providing proper training BEFORE you service your accounts. Then magically "poof!" They take your account from you and give you some bullshit excuse of how you didn't do something right. Every janitorial account I received was from a "hostile" customer, basically some one who was already pissed off that the previous cleaners were unsatisfactory. This conn artist is currently being sued as of October 24 by the owners of Anago. TIM Conn took all of the franchisee's And the contracts from Anago and went to Image One franchise. January TIM Conn went to Image One, 9 months later Image One is a accredited business through the BBB!!! That is very suspect how ANY BUSINESS can be accredited in less than a year. TIM Conn has even put in writing that I was a subcontractor through him, even after he lied and said he was transferring my franchise from Aanago to Image One printed out business cards, uniforms, ID cards, and partial training through Image One. I serviced Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville Il starting November 1 through November 15. Guess what? TIM stiffed me and didn't pay me for a six day a week cleaning for $1,900 a month. Then August the retard states that I never signed a agreement with Image One!!! WTF??? What a piece of shit. I have put in a complaint with the BBB don't really expect from them to be objective especially since TIM Conn paid for his accreditation in 9months!!! I'm looking into filing a complaint with the Il attorney general for fraud.
