This is ridiculous, I received a notice in the mail today from Southbay Expressway stating that I evaded to pay my toll fee of $2.50. Which is ridiculous I have taken that toll a total of 5 times and have paid every single time with statements to prove it. On this particular day, there is no way that I could have been in that area and I have receipts to prove it. They state they can not accept these receipts and want me to pay $60.00 Penalty fee by November 11th and if it is not paid by then I will have to pay $102.00. Why is it impossible to review the cameras that they have at these booths??? They give you no real location but a location number that you are unable to even view on their site. They claim if no payment is received by December 5 the will put my DMV registration on hold. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO REVIEW THE TAPES AT THE TIME THEY ARE CITING ME FOR, IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE APPROPRIATE STAFF BECAUSE THEY ARE OVERWHELMED BY THE AMOUNT OF FAKE AND I SAY "FAKE" NOTICES THEY ARE HANDING OUT-THEY SHOULD REVIEW IT BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY SEND THESE OUT! This toll has been available for my use for at least 2 years, I have not taken it up until September of this year and have paid every single time!!!
