On the date of 27Sep2012 I ordered 4 items from this company. My Card has been charged that amount but the items never arrived. I haven't even received a tracking number or any other notification that my order has shipped.
I have tried calling the business phone nummber (866-797-8318) and have never been connected to a living person that could resolve my problem.
I have left messages in email and one their voice mail and have never received a return call.
The BBB has isted Derrick Passey as the owner of this company.
