I ordered 5 bears from this company on 1/6/03. The order was done online. On 1/7/03 they charged my credit card. I have emailed the company on several occasions (1/20/03,2/9/03 & 2/11/03) and called them on 1/30/03 at 3:59 PM to leave a voice mail asking why I have not received my order. The only response from the company was a form email on 2/8/03 saying that they had temps. Helping with the orders during Oct.-Jan., if you have a problem with your order to reply to their email so I did.
They did not get back to me. I have not been able to talk to a person with the company since all you get when calling their phone number is a voice mail machine and I guess they don't feel it is worth their time to call me when I gave them my work, home and cell phone numbers. As of today (3/3/03) I still have not heard from them or seen the items I ordered.
