I ordered three items the first week of November. When I called to follow-up two weeks later I was told over the phone that my items shipped even though the website offered no tracking information. I started calling regularly and emailing when the items didn't show up. The phone now had an answering service instead of people and I never received a response from messages left over the phone or email.
I tried to contact these people all they way up to December 23rd. I received my credit card bill to find that they charged it on December 8th. I am now trying to contact them to get a refund and, as usual, no reponse either way. This company owes me $83.64 or at least the items I ordered.
