Ordered two items on 5/20/08.
Creditcard statement showed payment posted 5/22/08 (what a shock!!!) Got an Email showing items were shipped 5/22/08 w / confirmation number.
NO TRACKING NUMBER! Items were never shipped!
&
NO notification that shipment was delayed.
Obviously, I never received the order! (As of 6/25/08). It dosn't take USPS over a month to deliver by any stretch of the imagination.
Tried numerous times to call their number, but all three lines were "busy" with other customers... ALWAYS! (Day AND night)
Emails... NO response!
Called my creditcard company... They are going to handle reimbursing my
account and deal with The Old Time Theater about this matter!
This is why I'm the Rip Off website AND the BBB about this bunch of a... S!
