I had a scheduled delivery appointment today for a mattress. Sales person wrote on our receipt - delviery Jan10th and advised us that someone would call us with a better ETA the morning of the delivery.By 10 when I had still heard nothing. I called them to find out that "maybe" a mattress woudl be available to us Jan17th. I had to take the day off work to wait for the delivery as well. My husband discarded our old mattress that morning. Now we have nothing and The Brick will do nothing to rectify. Order Canceled... Husband is out shoppping elsewhere now.
