Yesterday I purchased 4 mattress protectors for my son at Brick in Coquitlam only to discover today that my son (who lives overseas) does not need them anymore. All mattress protectors are unopened, but Brick refuses to take them back due to "personal hygiene" reasons. This is apparently their policy, of which I was not notified when making the purchase, nor does it say anywhere on the receipt. Now I'm stuck with $330 purchase. I have never heard of such a policy in any other store. I'm not going anywhere near Brick ever again. The management and customer service representatives were not friendly and did not care what I had to say, kept insisting it's their policy.
