I took a day off from work today so I can wait for my stuff to be delivered, They were supposed to call me to give a 3 hours window but I never received a phone call. I went out to get coffee and in the meantime the delivery guys showed up at my apt with our calling me. They could not wait for me until I get home to let them in, when I called the delivery customer service center the associate was rude, told me there was nothing they can do for me and I have to wait until Friday. The whole process is so horrible and I would never shop at The Brick again!
