I placed an order on the 20th august for a boxset dvds, i still have not received my order as yet it is now the 20th october.
After numerous emails back and forth they stated it would take 3-6 weeks to be delivered.
Then 2 weeks ago they stated it had arrived and was checked off by customs and was with the local carrier and i would recieve it in a week.
It still did not arrive, so i emailed them again and asked for a refund. Then they stated that they would express post another order.
Still nothing, i am no annoyed that they can do this to people and i want my money back.
