Paid $121.50 on 18th october for box set of dvds of dr. Quinn medicine woman (order 4423) as a surprise for my wife. The dvds didnt arrive after 6 weeks then i emailed their customer support. They responded saying there was shipping issues and that they had to pay extra charges. But dont worry it will be there withing a week express. Then nothing happended. Over the next month ive sent 5 emails and eventually some got responded to saying sorry will have it sent express delivery... This was stated to me 3 x. Within a week again. And once again still nothing, i want my dvds! Its been 88 days since my order was complete and processed and no dvds have arrived... I want my moeny back!
