I received a text message suggesting i enroll in a casting extras program. I was told I would pay the one time fee of $34.90 but was never informed it would continue every month and I gave no authorization to do it. They are trying to play back an authoriztion recording and I cannont 1. Understand what is being said in the recording and 2. Cannon confirm it's even my voice. I asked for a written account of what was agreed upon and they refused. I have been charged $34.90 August, September and October. They refunded Ocotober but I want August and September refunded as well. I have never used any of their services nor do I ever intend to.
