Sherwin Josef Bagas owned AM Travel Service, his service is exclucive seller of Philippines Airline flight, I arrange to buy a ticket rountrip from LAX to Manila, Philippines, departure on November 9. As I bought ticket from him in the past, he told me to deposit the amount to his account at Chase Bank, as I have an account at Chase Bank too, so I transfer the $850 from my account to his account, in telephone agreement that he will sent the itenary throught email, up to now, no confirmation, also his phone is not reachable, no respond to my emails, and got a message from others that he scum a lot of peoples, he's gone, no where to find.
When I call the Chase Bank for merchant verification, he still have a valid account, to be able to freeze his account, Chase Bank need an order from the court.
I need help to start make a process, to stop him withdrawal from his account, while still available.
