I purchased a tablet and it took 3 weeks to arrive and to my dismay it is faulty and does not work as it should... I have tried to contact Dinodirect... To help to send me the number for a return for a refund. They do not answer any emails. On the web page it states you must have this number to get a refund... So I am stuck with a tablet that does not work properly... And looks as if my money is gone too.
