SOld me an Android Midi without cables etc

I purchased the Android Midi in February it came with some of the parts missing and i have been unable to use it yet.
They promised me a refund of $50 so i could purchase them but they won't answer any of my emails as to where that refund is or when i will get it and i am at my wits end. I'm stuck with half an item and no way of knowing what is happening.
They entered into email contact with me and kept apologising but as soon as i accepted the refund and asked them to let me know where i could buy the missing parts in the UK, they seem to have cut off all ties with me.
This is not legal so why are they doing it please, they've stolen 62 from me and left with something that doesn't even work. I've waited six months and i've now run out of patience. As a disabled senior i cannot afford to get a lawyer so what do i do?
