I ordered an inexpensive green laser pointer from DinoDirect. It arrived in two weeks but didn't work. I decided to order a second, better ($75) laser while my complaint was being processed. It arrived but did not work. "Perhaps it be "buttons", we send new buttons, we sorry."
I have been waiting for the "buttons" (on-off button) for two months, while receiving reassuring, apologetic ("maybe lost in mail") replies to my patient emails.
Now I read usacomplaints. Coms and find I may have joined a long list of DinoDirect Dummies.
