I pruchased an 8" android tablet. The charger doesn't work... The charge light doesn't turn on when plugged into the power. Power source was Hong Kong but they provided Aust. Adaptor... So I bought another just in case the problem was with the adaptor. It wasn't... It still doesn't work. The tablet turns on but with 50% charge, I can never use it as it will never charge again. I sent a very detailed account of the complaint. Was told to send photo OR video of problem. So I sent a photo (pointless) and then i was told send a video too (are you kidding me??? Of what... Plugging the charger into the power???). So I spat the dummy and they told me to return the tablet AT MY COST. So I buy a $155 tablet which doesn't work, but a new adaptor for $10 and then still have to pay shipping costs to replace it. Scam!!!
