I was contacted by someone called Gabriel claiming to be from On Line PC Care, who I have an account with, asking if I had any problems with my computer. As I did have a problem I gave them remote access and they scanned it and told me I had multiple corrupted files. They showed me the supposed problems and then sold me anti virus software for $244.00 (£154.57p). They said they would have to call back to load the software as they had a problem with their server but since then I have heard nothing. When I contacted On-Line PC Care they told me that there was no such person working for them and having then scanned my computer they told me that my virus protection had been stripped out and I was therefore at severe risk of infection. They reloaded the correct software and assured me that there was nothing wrong with my pc. To date I have been unable to contact Inspira and just want my money back but I guess I will just have to write it off to experience.
