I got a pop up appear on my desktop saying that I didn't have any anti-virus software and I needed to get my computer scanned for virus. I didn't at that time, so I did the scan and a report came back that I needed to purchase this anti-virus software to remove virus on my computer. After trying to click x a number of times to try to get rid of it, it kept popping up, so I thought as I needed anti-virus software that I may as well get it. I put in my details on my card and submitted it. Another box came up saying that the transaction had failed. I didn't think any more on it until 2 days later when I went to check the balance on my card to find I had been charged $40.48 USD for this product. There is no trace of this product on my computer, yet I have been charged for it. Decided to do some research and came upon this site with a number of complaints against this company. I have now installed my own anti-virus software since which is from a completely different company that is respectable!
