On Sept. 27 I placed my online order # 00021473 for the Carol Burnett Show Copmplete. The shipping they used by USPS Priority Mail ($14.30). The amount of the package of discs was $89.95 plus the shipping, $14.30 which was the total of $104.25.
I was immediately sent an Order Receipt which I was told to print and save, which I did.
As of this day, I have not received anything.
I've called their telephone number 5 or 6 times about my missing order and a voice always says the operators are busy taking other calls and for me to leave a message after the dial and state my case so they can call me back later! They never call. The same with the
e-mail. This run around has been over 2 weeks!!
