I have done business with Direct Source Products for quite a few years now. On 6/27 I went online to get pricing and place my order, as usual. But for some reason they were having site trouble so I called the order in. I received an the invoice the next day and I saw that the pricing wasn't correct so I called them. I was told that I would have to talk to Greg Henry. I called back two more times that day and he still wasn't taking calls so I left a voice mail for him to call me back. When he didn't call me back I called and spoke to him on 7/1. He had some lame excuse as to why he hadn't called and said he would take care of it and call me back. I waited until 7/8 for the call back which didn't come so I called again and had to leave a voice mail again asking him to call me. On 7/9 when he still didn't call back I called one last time and left another message for him to call me. It's obvious that he doesn't intend to call me back. I do have documentation as to what the price should have been along with the copy of the bill that was applied to my credit card.
