After indicating your initial order, you are presented with several options of other products to purchase.
The first one gives you the opportunity to get a larger package for $5.00 more, plus more shipping and handling. I thought it was to upgrade to a larger package, not buy a complete different package.
On all the other opportunities to purchase, I said no, and one of them offered a reduced shipping fee if you did purchase. I did not.
By the time I got through all that, the next page was, thank you, here's your order. So instead of paying $19.99 and shipping I was now at $64.45. Now I have 2 order confirmations with 2 different order numbers!
There is no chance to review your order. There is no email indicated on the website to contact them. If you reply to the order confirmation in your email it comes back as user unknown.
It's the weekend, of course no one is answering the phone, call back M-F 9-5. I'll post more when I find out more.
