My daughter used my credit card to get help with a resume. She signed up for a 7 day trial for which they charged $4.95. They automatically started charging my card $29.95 3 days later. I didn't catch it the 1st month as I had many charges on my account. October 14 they charged me a 2nd monthly fee. I called 10/17 to cancel the unused account and they will not refund my money for the coming month. They offered me a 50% refund only. I find this to be bad business practice.
