After I spent hours working on a "free resume" They told me I couldn't print it unless I signed up for the 7 day trial for $4.95. So of course, I signed up for it in October and never cancelled my account afterwards because I didn't know I needed to. Haven't used the account since October and have been consistently getting charged $29.95 a month for their "automatic subscription". Biggest scam ever. $215 later I finally realize what has been going on with my account and now I'm looking for a refund: (
