I bought an H2O x 5 Steam Mop on 13/10 and so far have heard nothing from the above company. Usually I receive an e-mail right away from any other company I buy from. On viewing their site I note that someone else has lodged a complaint against them - and for the same article. What is going on? I rang my credit card issuer and they tell me that the above amount has been taken from my account. Please help!!!
