My minor child was treated in an emergency room with out my consent. I am my son's only guardian, his sole conservator. I was unaware where my son was due to a familial abduction and collusion between multiple otrganizations. My four year old son's treatment and release were never properly reported to any government/lawful agency as prescribed by our federal regulations and state statutes. I have been restricted fromi his medical profile and have only been able to obtain a "one-sheet" medical diagnoses from such hospital. The person of which brought my minor child to a hospital for four staples to the rear of his head, is an employee of a sister hospital in austin, texas. She is in accounting/medical billing. I do believe thast her employment, ability to falsify documents have been catered to andf have forced doctors to try and diagnose my son with out the full medical background regardless of any illegal activity ongoing from the actual treatment facility. My minor childs health and well being seems of little importance to those persons of whom have made fraudulent and illegal decisions that directly and indirectly have injured my son and my own rights as so directed in the hospital patient bill of rights. I pray that the above mentioned actions will never again occur and that specific restrictions will commemorate the final outcome of this feable attempt for acknowledgement on the seton medical center of hays part.
